On Sunday, October 8th, at the ‘Tome on the Range’ Bookstore in Las Vegas, New Mexico, Rudy will read from his Novel, “The Fall and Rise of Champagne Sanchez” at 2:00 p.m. He will sign copies of his book, that was just selected as a Finalist in the New Mexico/Arizona Book Awards in 2 categories – “Best 1st Book” and “Best Fiction – (‘other’ sub-Genre).
Carmen Baca, the author of “El Hermano,” will also read and sign copies of her insightful Novel, a semi-fictionalized account of her father’s spiritual journey towards full participation as a Penitente in Northern New Mexico. The event is free and the public is invited to the popular bookstore in the heart of historic Las Vegas.
